After getting the e-mail with your login credentials to the Retriever portal and mobile app, you have to activate them through the link provided in the mail. After activating the login you are able to sign in both in the portal and the app. You will find more information about these services further down.

The Retriever portal

As a Retriever customer you will have access to a media monitoring portal, in which you can administer your media monitoring hits and create reports from your media visibility. You will get an activation link to the portal in an e-mail sent by your contact person.

The Retriever app

Wherever you are, you will be up to date with the newest hits by using the Retriever app. You also can set user-specific mobile alerts if needed. The app is free of charge and can be downloaded from Google Play and App Store. You can sign in the app with your Retriever login credentials.

Retriever Help Center   

The Retriever portal and the app offer this built-in Help Center, through which you can send us messages and find advices and answers to many frequently asked questions 24/7.

We also inform about new features and other news in our services and keep our customers up to date about important things through this channel.

    

Retriever webinars

We offer a webinar about the most common features in our portal every month. The webinar is free of charge and takes approximately an hour.
