A report can be really useful when you need a quick overview of a specific campaign, spokesperson, or for a presentation.
To create a report, select the hits you want to include in the report by ticking the small box. A report can contain up to 500 hits. After you select all the hits, click save in the menu bar above. Name your report under selected articles or add to an existing selection of press clips and accept the Copyright Act.
Now you can customize the report's content as needed in save. Here you can choose between how to sort the articles, create a frontpage, customize the table of contents, customize which metadata is relevant to the different hits, highlight keywords, and more.
When the report is ready, click on export.
Now you can either save the report or share the name of your selection with others who have access to the portal.
